Citrus Processing ERP

From orchard to settlement, one connected operation.

The challenge

A citrus operation spans growers, orchards, deliveries, inspections, processing, freight and settlements. Tracked in separate sheets, no one sees a lot's full journey or exactly what is owed to whom.

What we built

An operations prototype that connects the whole chain: growers and orchards, procurement and deliveries, quality inspections, processing, freight, sales and supplier settlements. Linked approvals and management reports show how produce and commercial commitments can be tracked end to end.

The AI layer

  • An AI copilot interface provides the foundation for exception detection.
  • It is designed to grow into operational insights and planning support.

What your team would see.

Illustrative interface · sample data
Who uses it

Built around real roles.

Procurement

Manages growers, orchards and deliveries.

Quality

Records inspections against each delivery.

Finance

Approves and pays supplier settlements.

In practice · illustrative example
A delivery fails a size-grading check. The inspection is linked to the delivery, the price adjusts under the agreed terms, and the grower's settlement shows exactly why, with approval before payment.
Build your version

Questions

What clients ask us.

Can growers be paid based on quality?

Yes. Inspections link to deliveries and settlements, so quality can feed into what each grower is paid, with approvals.

What does the AI copilot do?

It provides the foundation for exception detection, operational insights and planning support as the operation grows.

Can you build a version of this for our business?

Yes. Every system starts with a discovery conversation about your workflow, data and goals, and we adapt the design to fit. Most engagements produce a working, testable system within a few weeks to a couple of months, depending on scope.

Can it integrate with the systems we already use?

Integration with existing tools such as ERPs, accounting packages, databases and document stores is scoped during discovery, so the system fits around how you already work.
